    Driving Global Advocacy: As Senior Program Manager for UNICEF’s African Union Commission partnership, Dollina mobilized 55 African Union member states to combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse (OCSEA). She co-organized a global summit with over 400 high-level delegates, leading to the development of a five-year strategic action plan for tackling OCSEA across Africa.

    Transformational Health Interventions: Spearheaded policy and strategy initiatives under the USAID/PEPFAR-funded Fahari ya Jamii Project in Kenya, reducing gender-based violence (GBV) and improving HIV/AIDS service delivery for vulnerable populations, including adolescent girls and young women.     Innovating Healthcare Solutions: Pioneered telemedicine innovations in Kenya and South Sudan under World Health Partners, establishing 15 private healthcare centers and scaling services to underserved areas.
